I have to admit I was a little nervous as I know that laser treatments aren't the most comfortable and to some can be painful. When I arrived for my treatment I was greeted by Nurse Katie, yes that is right a nurse. Since this considered a medical treatment the procedure is performed by a licensed medical professional. Before doing anything she actually had to take an image of my face and send it out to get approval to perform the procedure. Then when it was time to start she told me most people feel a tingle or pinch and that she was going to start on my forehead to give me a sense of how it will feel. To be honest, it didn't feel as bad as I thought it would. The best way to describe it is tiny little needle pricks. After going over my face 2 times, she then performed the light treatment which has no feeling at all. The most shocking thing to me was that the whole treatment literally took 15 minutes. To complete the treatment nurse Katie put a SPF moisturizer for sun protection.

After the treatment was done, I could see some visual results, which to be honest I didn't think I would see as it is recommended to go once a week for best results. Did I mention that there is no down time afterwards and that the first session is complimentary? I mean who wouldn't want to try this? Since the laser treatment reaches down to your dermis aka you second layer of skin, she recommended me to do a mask for a better results as anything that was put on my skin for the next 24 hours was going to be super absorbed into my skin.
