2. Write It Down. This pretty much speaks for itself. Write anything that needs to be accomplished down and have it in sight so that it can be a reminder of what needs to be done.
3. Have a Snack. Before you get ready to crack down on that list of yours, make sure to have a snack. Why? Because if you're like me, then you know that if you don't snack before then you're going to keep stopping midway through your task and end up in the kitchen every five minutes. Then your excuse becomes that you were hungry.
Remind yourself that once you're done with whatever you have assigned for yourself for the day, you will feel relieved and less stressed out. It's a matter of taking control of your day and accomplishing the things that are hard to accomplish. I know if I don't get the dishes done and the laundry put away then I will have a hard time sleeping! So make time for you but also make time for those tasks on your to-do list.
