UltiFit's "6 Week Push for Progress" Workout

I am super excited to talk to you about Ultifit. I've been going to the Naperville location, and my entire life has changed. It's been such a satisfying experience, I can tell you with pure honesty and confidence that this gym can change you. You can accomplish your goals, and you will be stronger!

I have more to tell you about my story later, this isn't about me... but I feel like my personal experience with the gym can help explain this amazing program. 

Ultifit is chicago's newest "move at your own pace" High Intensity Training Facility! It welcomes workout abilities of ALL levels, from athlete's to couch potato's, this gym can be your new home. Being obese and out of shape myself, I was a little intimidated by the gym, but after talking to Brian Redard, my opinion totally changed. Brian was a competitor on Ultimate Beastmaster, and has worked in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. He has dedicated his life to helping others reach their goals, and is one of the most empowering and motivating people I have ever met.

Let's talk about the 6 week push for progress! 

Over a 6 week period, you will train directly with Brian in a small group setting where he can closely monitor your successes and struggles. The results are documented so you can see where you started, and how far you've come. The first "Push for Progress" began in February and had more than 50 individuals participate. Over 60 lbs of total body weight was lost and the amount of strength gained was over 8,000% higher! 

1. “Push for Progress” begins with a scheduled Fitness Assessment that will track clients’ body weight, measurements, body fat analysis and maximal strength tests in all major muscle groups, mobility, and recovery heart rate.


 2. Clients will have UNLIMITED access to all ultiFIT training sessions, obstacle course fusion classes and open gym:

I. Group Personal Training- designed for the everyday adult looking to build muscle, burn calories and get in overall better shape. Each workout will target every muscle through various weight training, calisthenics and functional training methods.

II. OC Fusion (Obstacle Course Fusion)- a blend of functional fitness and obstacle training. These sessions are ideal for anyone training for an OCR event or for an individual who has never experienced an obstacle course.

III. Open Gym- adults can play on any and all of the obstacles in the facility.



3. The program will wrap up with a Final Progress Test, similar to the initial assessment, to show clients that improvement is more than just the number on the scale.
