How to Style: Thanksgiving Couple Outfits

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Today is the day you get to spend some quality time with family, while enjoying some amazing food! However, you want to look fashionable and coordinate with your significant other, so below I am sharing my five tips for styling Thanksgiving outfits for couples:

1. Choose Fall Colors. For Thanksgiving, I always like choosing fall hues, such as camel, plum and olive green. This way, you and your significant other will look super polished and are embracing the holiday.

2. Layer for Style and Warmth. I chose to style a suede trench coat over my ribbed mock-neck sweater, for another stylish touch, while also adding warmth. You can always try adding a sweater over a dress shirt for your significant other for a preppy and warm take.

3. Pick a Focal Piece. My focal piece is my green, leather skirt and Chris' focal piece is his plum button up shirt. These pieces add an interesting element to both of our outfits.

4. Don't Be Matchy-Matchy. I didn't want Chris and I to be styled in the exact same hues, so I varied the shades up, while choosing different focal colors for each of our looks.
