People always ask me what my background is. Living in the time of ancestry.com, genealogy seems to be something that fascinates everyone. I'm not 100% sure where my ancestors hail from, but from what I have gathered, I'm a little bit Irish, Polish and French. Nothing too exciting, so I have never thought much about it. That is, until I had my first taste of Greektown.
I recently attended the Greek & Mediterranean Wine Festival, and ever since I had a taste of Greek culture (and their wine) I wish I was a part of it! I got to sample a selection of reds, whites and yes, of course rosé wines, and pretend for the afternoon that I was actually in Greece.
My favorite wine I tried was the Stella Rosa Moscato Rosé. It was sweet, but not too sweet, and the perfect amount of fizz. Definitely my go-to summer wine!
