Part of traveling is experiencing new culinary experiences. The 2016 Chicago Travel and Adventure Show plays host to the Taste of Travel Stage with many entertaining and international chefs. They show how to make some speciality dishes at home to get you in the spirit of travel. There are wine tastings and food samples as well as book signings from chefs like IACP Award–winning Teacher of the Year and Author of Indian Cooking Unfolded Raghavan Iyer.

Culturally diverse dance and music performances from around the world will be performed live and continuously. Garage parking is $13. Show hours are 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 23 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, January 24.
