Latino Fashion Week finished with it's final night filled with glamour and elegance. The evening featured three national and international designers:
Adan Terriquez representing Mexico,
Roksolana Bogusta representing Ukraine, and
Laura Santana representing Ecuador. Proceeds from the evening went to benefit the
National Latino Education Institute.
Every single look walking down the Runway was stunning and elegant in
their own special way. I love that each designer used different elements
of designs in their collections. Adan Terriquez had beautiful ball and
quinceanera gowns with stunning ruffles and brilliant use of free
flowing chiffon.

are now on every shoe lover's wish list.

Jaslene Gonzalez, America's Next Top Model Cycle 8 Winner attended the show to cheer on her younger cousin who modeled in the show for
Sandy Cakes. I had the opportunity to talk to her for a few moments after the show. Her favorite designer was Roksolana Bogutska describing the collection as an "Escape from Ukraine". She loved the how the layers and boots were suiting for the Chicago weather. She was excited to tell me about her upcoming
modeling workshop at the Lou Cante Center on November 14th.
