Packed house at Block 37 |

Iridium brought their a-game to the show as well. Their futuristic styling mixes urban streetwear with high end couture inspired pieces. The collection reflected a nod towards military inspired fabrications with traditional detailing showcased on moto pieces reminiscent of the quilting techniques of the 70s.

Gemma's collection was imaginative and curated very well. Each piece of the collection mixed and matched well for an interchangeable capsule collection. Throughout the showcase, each of her model would remove a piece or edit the way it was worn to transform the overall look of the collection. An amazing concept that showcases how versatile her collection is.

Finally, the menswear designer Sarar USA truly modernized the traditional tux and three piece suit for his latest collection. Menswear can sometimes be quite unoriginal, but Sarar brought imagination, playfulness and attitude to the runway. Two tone tuxedos, bow ties, slim euro inspired cuts and beautiful tailored jackets were the back bone of the collection. The contestants in the running to win The Face of Sarar brought about fierce competition. Yet, it came down to one gentleman in the end.
Isaias Perez Torres brought down the house and took home the grand prize and was announced as the Face of Sarar.

Overall, the night was filled with beautiful fashion, a diverse audience and fun entertainment all set in the beautiful third floor space of Block 37. The Latino Fashion Week truly met their mission and brought beautiful fashion by Latinos for Everyone. We are already looking forward to next years events!!
