FLATS No. 1325 Wilson Open House

This past winter was a tough one for all of us here in Chicago.  It wasn't all bad though!  At the beginning of this year FLATS Chicago opened their 1325 W. Wilson location, in Uptown.  Complete with a rooftop patio, offering a killer view of the city, a Heritage Coffee outpost and an indoor gym, FLATS is more than just an apartment building.  

 On the evening of June 11th, FLATS invited residents and friends to officially celebrate the grand opening of No. 1325.  The party was worth the wait for warmer weather, featuring a live DJ and bar on the roof.  FLATS neighbors, The Public Barber also joined in the celebrations by opening their doors to guests for services, cocktails and mingling.  

FLATS No. 1325 is the 7th FLATS building to be opened in the Chicago area, but there are plans in the works for more opening up soon!  To learn more about FLATS opportunities and all of the amazing things they are doing, check out www.flatschicago.com.
