Halfstack Highlights Ep. 20 - Interview with Jerry Horton of Papa Roach

Hey everyone! Jen Lezan here, editor in chief of halfstackmag.com and I’m so excited to get Halfstack Highlights back up and running after a brief break during the holiday season! The other digital editors and I have some great interviews in store for all of you listeners. We are kicking it off with  Perry this week and her interview with Jerry Horton of Papa Roach

Papa Roach Live 2014 - Courtesy of paparoach.com

I know I’m bringing back all kinds of memories from the 2000s with the mention of Papa Roach. I’m having high school flashbacks thinking about their album Infest and their top charting song Last Resort being on repeat in my CD player and blasting it whenever it came on Q101, you know, way before we had iPods. Papa Roach was and still is one of those influential rock bands that has withstood the test of time and I personally am excited to hear that they are currently on tour and the band will be headlining with Seether at the Rivieria on January 25th here in Chicago.  You can purchase tickets here. Yes, Halfstack will be covering and yes you can expect a photo recap from Perry. But first, Perry interviews Papa Roach Guitarist Jerry Horton about life on tour, what their creative process is like and so much more. Continue listening for the interview.
